Tom is the regional president of FLP’s Providence, Rhode Island office and has over 35 years of industry experience. He serves as consultant to large institutional relationships on a national basis. Locally, Tom manages all business development efforts in RI, including leading the firm’s growth objectives and personnel. In addition to his role as Regional President, he serves as a senior member of the investment team, co-leading the Asset Allocation Committee and providing investment advisory and consulting services to clients in the Rhode Island market.
Before joining FLP, he most recently served as Regional President Southern New England at BNY Mellon. Prior to that he was Head of Private Bank and Trust and Chief Investment Officer of Citizens Bank. Tom also held several senior investment roles at Bank of America, Fleet and Shawmut National Banks.
He is affiliated with several committees including Rhode Island State Investment Commission and St. Luke’s Church Finance Committee. He serves on the board at Providence Performing Arts Center and is a Board Member of the Boys and Girls Club of Providence. Tom also teaches Finance as an adjunct professor at Providence College.
