Kathy is a Client Account Administrator in our Amherst, NY office. As a designated resource for logistical and administrative needs, she works closely with clients to provide a trusted point of contact and to ensure a consistent, positive experience. Account-related tasks include client onboarding, reporting, coordinating with financial institutions, movement of funds, and other practical matters.
Prior to joining FLP, Kathy worked for 24 years at Arbor Capital Management where she served in several operational positions and most recently as client service representative. Prior to Arbor Capital, she held long-term positions at the American Heart Association and Armstrong Pumps.
Active in her community, Kathy enjoys volunteering locally at the Knights of Columbus, Madonna Council.
