Benjamin is an Investment Advisor in our Portland, ME office. He is responsible for portfolio construction and implementation of investment policy for individuals, families, endowments, and foundations. Ben seeks to align each client’s investment strategy with their financial planning objectives by taking into consideration time horizon, risk tolerance, income requirements, taxes, and other unique factors. He also coordinates with family members, outside advisors and with other members of the clients’ professional team.
Prior to joining FLP, Ben held various positions in institutional equity advisory and trading at firms including UBS, Jefferies, J.P. Morgan, and Barclays. He has over 10 years of industry experience.
Ben and is a volunteer coach for Scarborough Little League and Casco Bay Hockey
Benjamin passed the Series 7 General Securities Representative Qualification Examination, Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination, Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Examination, and Chartered Market Technician (CMT) Level 1 Examination.
