Tom oversees FLP’s Private Client Group and has over 40 years of industry experience, overseeing the planning and investment process delivered to FLP’s Private clients. He also manages key client relationships and serves as a primary point of contact for strategic partners. He leads business development in Rhode Island, driving the firm’s growth objectives. He also serves as a senior member of the investment team.
Before joining FLP, he most recently served as Regional President for Connecticut and Rhode Island at BNY Mellon. Prior to that he was Head of Private Bank and Trust and Chief Investment Officer of Citizens Bank. Tom held several senior investment roles at Bank of America, Fleet and Shawmut National Banks.
He is affiliated with several committees including Rhode Island State Investment Commission and St. Luke’s Church Finance Committee. He serves on the board at Providence Performing Arts Center and is a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Providence. He also served as an adjunct professor at Providence College.
