Taylor is an Client Account Administrator and Paraplanner in the Portland, Maine office. As a designated resource for logistical and administrative needs, Taylor works closely with clients to provide a trusted point of contact and to ensure a consistent, positive experience. Account-related tasks include client onboarding, reporting, coordinating with financial institutions, movement of funds, and other practical matters.
Prior to joining the firm, she spent 5 years working in sales and administration in the property management, event planning and healthcare industries. Most recently Taylor was a regional office manager for Pathways of Maine. She previously held positions as administrative support for an investor education conference planning company specializing in endowments and foundations in New York and as a sales consultant for a local Maine Property Management Company.
