Tara is a business analyst in our Portsmouth, New Hampshire office.
Prior to joining FLP, Tara served as Director of Investment Services at Seascape Capital Management, LLC. She has over 30 years of experience in financial services, with a strong foundation in investment operations, compliance, and regulatory technology.
Tara began her career at a midsized regional bank in Boston before spending 26 years at Wellington Management Company LLP, where she played a key role in developing and managing operational and regulatory systems.
She is guided by Maya Angelou’s timeless insight: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” This client-centered philosophy is reflected in every aspect of her work.
Outside of work, Tara has a passion for meteorology — she maintains a personal weather station and a collection of historical weather maps at her home.
