Suzanne is the Director of Client Services at FLP. She oversees all aspects of account administration and works directly with the account officer team and senior management to ensure the consistency of services provided by the regional account officer teams. She also interacts with other areas of the organization to build high quality and efficient business processes for the account officer function.
As a designated resource for logistical and administrative needs, Suzanne works closely with clients to provide a trusted point of contact and to ensure a consistent, positive experience. Account-related tasks include client onboarding, reporting, coordinating with financial institutions, movement of funds, and other practical matters.
After earning a B.A. in Business Administration from Framingham State University, Suzanne began her career as an Administrative Assistant for FLP. Since joining FLP, she has held a series of progressive roles, participating in the firm’s dynamic growth along the way.
