Susan is a client account administrator in our Kalamazoo, MI office. As a designated resource for logistical and administrative needs, she works closely with clients to provide a trusted point of contact and to ensure a consistent, positive experience. Account-related tasks include client onboarding, reporting, coordinating with financial institutions, movement of funds, and other practical matters.
Prior to joining FLP, Susan worked for Arcadia Investment Management where she supported senior advisors in a wide variety of ways. Prior to her move to the investment industry, she worked as an Associate Agent for Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company for 17 years.
