Solomon is Director of Performance Measurement and focuses on ensuring compliance with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®) and enhancing internal and external performance reporting and analytics for our investment team and their clients and prospects. Solomon supports our commitment to transparency and integrity in investment performance reporting.
Prior to joining FLP, Solomon spent 12 years with Boston Private (now First Citizens) where he served in various key management and analytical positions. Solomon has deep experience in GIPS® compliance, performance measurement, and attribution. Prior to working at Boston Private, he held several positions at Bank of America and Columbia Management Group.
Solomon received his Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM®) from the CFA Institute in 2015.
