Roger is a trusted and respected financial services professional and community leader whose career is about service and helping people. At FLP, he combines his unique professional and public service experience to help clients solve problems and fulfill their financial goals. He uses a holistic wealth management process by incorporating core elements of financial planning: financial positioning, asset protection, investment management, cash flow, tax management, retirement planning, and estate and legacy planning. He also coordinates with family members, outside advisors and with other members of the clients’ professional team. Roger has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional since 2010 and has more than 25 years of experience in the industry.
Prior to joining FLP, he was a Senior Wealth Director at BNY Mellon and a Private Client Advisor at Bank of America.
Active in the community, Roger is a Director of Lifespan Health System and Chair of the Rhode Island Hospital Foundation. He is also President of The University Club of Providence. Additionally, he is an Honorary Trustee at Bryant University and serves as the Honorary Consul of France in Rhode Island. Early in his career, he served as Lieutenant Governor for the State of Rhode Island from 1989-1993 and was its General Treasurer from 1985-1989.
