Nathan is responsible for integrating artificial intelligence across the firm’s core investment and research platforms. In this role, he leads strategic initiatives to embed AI-driven insights across proprietary equity research, portfolio construction, and investment analysis – strengthening the firm’s competitive edge in data-enabled decision-making.
In addition to his strategic responsibilities, Nathan is a member of the portfolio management team and will oversee a dedicated AI-centric equity portfolio.
Nathan has over 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining FLP, he founded Weiss, Harrington & Associates LLC, where he developed and led AI bootcamps for RIAs and institutional clients and published an AI-focused newsletter. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years as an analyst and portfolio manager at Noble Partners, a global macro hedge fund led by George Noble.
