Lisa is a client account administrator in our Kalamazoo, MI office. As a designated resource for logistical and administrative needs, she works closely with clients to provide a trusted point of contact and to ensure a consistent, positive experience. Account-related tasks include client onboarding, reporting, coordinating with financial institutions, movement of funds, and other practical matters. And she loves taking care of the office cats.
Prior to joining FLP, Lisa worked for Arcadia Investment Management where she supported senior advisors in a wide variety of ways. Prior to her move to the investment industry, she spent 20 years in the medical industry.
Lisa and her long-time husband love the outdoors and are avid seasonal campers.
