Donny serves as the Director of Operations in our Portsmouth, New Hampshire office.
Prior to joining FLP, Donny served as Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations at Seascape Capital Management, LLC. As Chief Compliance Officer, he was responsible for administering the firm’s comprehensive compliance program, overseeing SEC regulatory compliance, maintaining policies and procedures, managing regulatory filings and examinations, and ensuring the firm operated in accordance with applicable laws and fiduciary standards. In addition, he managed the firm’s operational workflows and technology infrastructure, implementing systems and processes that enhanced efficiency and supported the delivery of exceptional client service.
Donny began his career at a wealth management firm in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and held analyst positions in various firms. He joined Seascape Capital in 2018. Donny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of New Hampshire. He earned the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional® (IACCP®) designation in 2024.
Outside the office, Donny can usually be found at a golf course. Donny is also an avid fan of the Boston Celtics and rarely misses a game.
