Alex is a Client Account Administrator Lead for FLP and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. She works out of the Portsmouth, NH office. She provides direct supervision to her assigned client account administrators, giving support for complex issues and oversight into all internal processes. She also manages a variety of projects, helping to enhance productivity within the CAA group and improve the overall client experience. Alex works closely with clients to provide a trusted point of contact and to ensure a consistent, positive experience. Account-related tasks include client onboarding, reporting, coordinating with financial institutions, movement of funds, and other practical matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex worked in the education field teaching elementary school and special education. Before her work as a teacher, she worked in sales and customer success management in the technology industry. She completed her degree at Tulane University, where she studied marketing and English.
