Chief Market Strategist and Portfolio Manager Ellen Hazen joined Julie Hyman and Brad Smith live on Yahoo Finance to discuss the outlook for the Fed.
According to Ellen, “We saw inflation come in a bit higher than anticipated in August, particularly the energy component. Given that Russia and Saudi Arabia are restricting supply, we think it’s likely that the energy component could remain higher for longer, thereby reinforcing the impetus for the Fed to hike again in November.”
