Jackie is a Client Account Administrator Lead for FLP and works out of the Boston, MA office. She provides direct supervision to her assigned client account administrators, giving support for complex issues and oversight into all internal processes. She also manages a variety of projects, helping to enhance productivity within the CAA group and improve the overall client experience. Jackie works closely with clients to provide a trusted point of contact and to ensure a consistent, positive experience. Account-related tasks include client onboarding, reporting, coordinating with financial institutions, movement of funds, and other practical matters.
Before joining FLP, she worked in the mortgage industry for 2.5 years. She earned her degree in psychology degree from Salem State University in May 2022.
